1. The therapy you use is a private benefit. The therapy is therefore charged directly after each unit with the therapist in cash
2. In order to get a part of the therapy costs refunded after the conclusion of the therapy the approved prescription together with your invoice, which you receive from the therapist. The amount of the reimbursed amount depends on the respective health insurance. Current information can be obtained from your local health insurance
3. In order to treat the spine optimally, it is inevitable that the therapy takes place on the undressed upper body. Naturally, female patients can wear a bra (bikini top) during the entire therapy period
4. To illustrate the course of therapy, you / your daughter / son may take photos at the beginning and end of the therapy block. These serve exclusively for documentation as well as for case discussions among colleagues and supervising physicians
5. Please appear punctually and reliably for therapy. If you are unable to meet an agreed date, please inform the therapist personally at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not reach anyone personally, please leave a message on the mailbox

Unfortunately dates, which were not canceled in time, must be charged without exception.
